Having worked on the National Citizen Service right from the very initial conversations with David Cameron himself, to delivering NCS as team leaders, wave leaders and an LDP. We understand fully the sheer amount of hard work, passion and resilience that goes into making the programme the amazing programme that it is for young people.
We have not only seen and heard from young people but also seen and heard ourselves the difference an amazing staff team can have to the overall NCS experience.
Each year we continue to deliver NCS as Wave Leaders as we strongly believe that in order to be able to train others we need to be part of the programme on the ground level.
Power to Be delivers staff training (approved) with years of experience under their belts as well as some wonderful partnerships with Local Delivery Partners and Regional Delivery Partners alike. We run our training in an energising and engaging way mirroring the atmosphere we hope the staff teams create during the NCS Programme. We are partnering up with this training provider again this year as the training really helps our staff not only learn about the wonderful world of NCS but it also gives staff a chance to bond.
