Alderman Bolton School were running a whole week focused on bullying, discrimination and the language we use. I was asked to deliver a whole school assembly followed by a workshop delivery to the students. The focus what speaking about Racism and Islamophobia topics which are current. The young people asked brilliant questions and reflected on some of their own behaviours and language. The speaking event and whole school assembly was followed by the delivery of two workshops which followed up from the event and allowed young people to ask questions, discuss and reflect on what they had learnt.

thinking. I want to change how I used to speak to my friends and teachers and challenge the things I hear in the media.”
